Lemme explain what I think is going on here: So apparently this is the alternate universe where DC has an “EVERYONE ON SEGWAYS!” action figure line! And an octopus has happened across the Segway!Amanda Waller and Vril Dox ii! And so the octopus proceeds to do the ONLY POSSIBLE NEXT THING.

…I wish I lived in the alternate universe where action figures have Segways.
